Tsui Wah (HKG:1314) reported HK$11.4 million in profit for the year ended March 31, down from HK$33 million a year earlier, according to a bourse filing Friday.

Shares fell nearly 6% in late-morning trade Monday.

On a per-share basis, the company reported HK$0.0092 in diluted earnings, compared with HK$0.0285 in fiscal 2024.

Revenue for the year was HK$906 million, down from HK$954.1 million in the year-ago period.
