Carlisle Companies Incorporated $(CSL)$ today announced it has completed the previously announced purchase of select assets of Bonded Logic, Inc. and Phoenix Fibers, LLC (collectively as "Bonded Logic").
Consistent with Carlisle's Vision 2030 strategy and continued emphasis on synergistic M&A, the acquisition of Bonded Logic supports the growth of high-performance Henry$(R)$ UltraTouch(R) recycled denim insulation, a unique, eco-friendly insulation solution that is easier to install than conventional insulation solutions and diverts millions of pounds of waste from landfills every year.
