Business process outsourcing firm HOV Services (NSE:HOVS, BOM:532761) board has approved a proposal to change the company's name to Handson Global Management (Hgm) Limited, according to a Monday filing on the Indian bourses.

Name change is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot, the company said in the filing.

The move follows receipt of a no-objection letter from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, confirming the availability of the new name. The name has been reserved for 60 days from the date of approval, the company added.
