Computime Group Limited has announced its consolidated results for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The Group reported a slight decrease in revenue, amounting to HK$3,996.6 million, down 1.0% from HK$4,037.8 million in the previous year. Despite the decline in revenue, the Group achieved a 3.5% increase in gross profit, reaching HK$653.3 million compared to HK$631.1 million in FY2024. The profit after tax rose by 7.6%, with the Group reporting HK$90.3 million, up from HK$83.9 million in the prior year. The adjusted EBITDA saw a marginal decline of 0.5%, standing at HK$332.2 million compared to HK$333.9 million in the previous financial year. Computime declared a proposed final dividend of HK$0.054 per share, an increase of 8.0% from the previous year's HK$0.050 per share. The Group's gearing ratio improved to 8.4% from 9.9% due to a reduction in bank borrowings, further strengthening its financial position. The Group attributes its strong sales momentum in the second half of FY2025 to a seasonal uplift in the fourth quarter, which is traditionally its peak sales period. Computime, established in 1974, continues to position itself for future growth opportunities with its operations spanning Greater China, Southeast Asia, the EU, the UK, and North America.
