FB Financial (FBK) said Tuesday that it has completed its merger with Southern States Bancshares (SSBK).

Shareholders of Southern States received 0.8 FB Financial common share for each Southern States share, implying a deal value of $36.24 per Southern States share or a total of $368.4 million as of June 30, FB Financial said.

Southern States' shares ceased trading after market close on Monday, FB Financial said.
