Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP) said late Monday it reduced board size to eight members from 10, which resulted in the voluntary resignation of directors Ebs Burnough and Christy Haubegger.

The decision is expected to align with planned corporate costs and maintain the board experience required to guide management, according to a statement.
