Artrya (ASX:AYA) has appointed Co-Founder John Konstantopoulos as chief executive officer, Global Commercial Manager Harvey Farrington as acting chief financial officer, and Non-Executive Chair Bernie Ridgeway as executive chair, effective July 1, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The leadership changes come as the company prepares for the US commercialisation of its Salix AI platform, the filing said.
