Sprintex (ASX:SIX) reached agreements to extend the maturity dates on AU$2.9 million worth of convertible notes and loans with major shareholder China Automotive Holdings (CAHL) and another lender, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The convertible note with CAHL, valued at AU$2.2 million, has been extended by 12 months to June 30, 2026.
Two loans with Distacom Enterprises, totaling AU$700,000, have also been extended to Sept. 30, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose past 11% in recent Tuesday trade.
