Austin Engineering (ASX:ANG) officially welcomed Sybrandt Van Dyk as its new chief executive officer and managing director, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Van Dyk succeeded David Singleton, who will continue to serve on the company's board as a non-executive director, the filing added.
