UMH Properties (UMH) said Wednesday it completed the acquisition of two manufactured home communities in Conowingo, Maryland, for $14.6 million.

The properties include 191 developed homesites across roughly 82 acres, the company said.

Shares of UMH Properties were up 2% in after-hours activity.
