The company has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for the sale of 29,940,119 shares of common stock at a price of $1.67 per share. The offering is expected to close around July 8, 2025, pending customary closing conditions. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is serving as the sole placement agent for the transaction. The proceeds from this offering are intended for working capital and general corporate purposes.
