Chorus (ASX:CNU, NZE:CNU) redeemed 85.3 million unquoted Crown funding securities (CIP1) issued to Crown Infrastructure Partners at NZ$1 each to partially fund the build of an ultra-fast broadband network, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
In addition, the company repaid NZ$85.3 million worth of debt securities and canceled 7.6 million unquoted CIP1 warrants, the filing said.
