UMS Integration Files Prospectus for Secondary Listing in Malaysia; Shares Up 3%

UMS Integration (SGX:558) issued its prospectus for the secondary listing of its shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up 3% in afternoon trade on Wednesday.

The high-precision engineering solutions provider will list by way of introduction, meaning no new shares will be issued or offered. UMS said its shares will be fully fungible, allowing shareholders to transfer them between the SGX Mainboard and Bursa Malaysia's Main Market for trading.

UMS is expected to debut on the Malaysian bourse on Aug. 1.
