Global Uranium and Enrichment (ASX:GUE) said its joint venture with Nasdaq-listed Snow Lake Energy, Powder River Basin, engaged Single Water Services to undertake an initial drilling program at the Pine Ridge project in Wyoming, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The program will focus on high-priority target areas, with about 38,000 meters of drilling to be completed, the filing said.

Drilling is expected to start on July 21, according to the filing.

Shares were up 5% in afternoon trade on Wednesday.
