Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM) agreed to extend the completion date on the sale of its surplus TM-2500 generators into the third quarter and amended the buyer from USP&E North America to include USP&E client Mobile Power Solutions, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It received an incremental payment of $1.6 million, bringing the total payments received to $2.8 million. The total remaining payments of $3.2 million are expected in the third quarter.
The firm's chairman, Matt Fifield, said the deal took longer due to the new tariff and international trade environment.
