Parsons Corporation has announced the acquisition of Chesapeake Technologies International (CTI), a Maryland-based company, for $89 million. The acquisition is aimed at enhancing Parsons' electromagnetic warfare and all-domain solutions for the U.S. defense market. CTI, which is expected to generate approximately $89 million in revenue for 2026, will bolster Parsons' capabilities in spectrum dominance and strengthen its position in the full-spectrum operations market. Carey Smith, chair, president, and CEO of Parsons, highlighted that the acquisition aligns with Parsons' growth strategy and commitment to addressing national security challenges. CTI's team of over 225 employees, most of whom hold security clearances, will join Parsons' Defense & Intelligence business unit.
