NBCC (India) (NSE:NBCC, BOM:534309) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the National Film Development Corporation to renovate and redevelop the Siri Fort Auditorium Complex in New Delhi, India, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian bourses.

Under the pact, NBCC will act as the project management consultant and will look after the end-to-end execution of the project.

The company's shares were up over 1% in recent trade.
