GE Aerospace has announced the ratification of a new four-year agreement with its employees represented by the International Union of Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, Machine and Furniture Workers - Communications Workers of America (IUE-CWA). This agreement, which came into effect after successful negotiations that began on June 2, 2025, encompasses about 2,200 employees across various locations including Lynn, Massachusetts; Madisonville, Kentucky; Arkansas City, Kansas; and Niskayuna, New York. The contract, effective until June 23, 2029, ensures that employees remain among the highest paid in their communities and emphasizes collaboration on advancing the T901 engine program and improving operational efficiencies through GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK model.
