UMH Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust specializing in manufactured home communities, reported a significant increase in its gross home sales revenue for the second quarter of 2025. The company achieved $10.3 million in sales, marking a 17% increase compared to $8.8 million in the same period last year. Rental and related charges also saw an 8.5% rise, with the second quarter figures reaching $55.9 million, up from $51.5 million the previous year. UMH converted 188 new homes from inventory to revenue-generating rental homes, contributing to an occupancy rate of 94.4% for its approximately 10,600 rental homes. Same property occupancy increased by 76 units during the second quarter and by 251 units over the past year, reaching 88.2%. The company has set a target of converting 800 new rental homes in 2025 and has over 500 new homes in various stages of setup throughout its portfolio.
