Air China (SHA:601111, HKG:0753) introduced the first international service using the country's homegrown C909 jet, Xinhua News Agency reported Monday.
Shares in the airline fell 1% in Shanghai during late morning trading Wednesday.
The flight links Hohhot in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with Mongolia's capital, Ulaanbaatar, the report said.
Air China expanded its C909 fleet to 35 jets, the report said.
Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China manufactures the C909 jet.
