Sundy Service Group (HKG:9608) temporarily suspended an agreement to issue 768 million shares to Fuyang Yihang Mining for HK$64 million, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The move came as conditions under the share issue contract remained unmet.

The parties have extended the deadline for condition fulfillment to Dec. 31 following negotiations.
