Fire Rock (HKG:1909) extended the deadline for its share placement agreement to July 11 from July 2 to provide more time for subscription, a late Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the game developer were up 1% in Thursday afternoon trading.

The company had agreed to place 38.4 million shares to at least six investors at HK$1.87 apiece to raise net proceeds of up to HK$71.6 million in June.
