Oragenics (OGEN) said Tuesday it priced a public offering of up to 800,000 shares of series H convertible preferred stock, each bundled with a warrant to purchase an additional preferred share, at a combined price of $25 per unit, for potential gross proceeds of up to $20 million.
Shares sank 58% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 14.2 million from a daily average of about 228,000.
Cellectar Biosciences (CLRB) said Tuesday it priced an underwritten offering of shares and warrants, targeting roughly $6 million in gross proceeds.
Shares plunged 30% as intraday trading volume rose to over 744,000 from a daily average of about 429,000.
Webus International (WETO) shares fell 14% after the company said it signed a conditional securities purchase agreement with Ripple Strategy for a senior equity line of credit of up to $100 million.
More than 42.4 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 722,000.
