Keppel Philippines (PSE:KPH) will delist from the Philippine Stock Exchange on July 8, according to a Wednesday Philippine bourse filing.
The real estate company completed a tender offer through Kepwealth, which now holds 99.34% of Keppel's outstanding common shares.
The Philippine Stock Exchange's board approved the delisting on June 25, and the company paid the required fee on June 30, it said.
