Cameo Resources Inc. has announced the completion of its initial due diligence on the Katoro Gold Property located in the Geita region of the Lake Victoria Goldfields, Tanzania. Geologists conducted a site visit and collected twenty rock samples for analysis in Canada. The Katoro Property is strategically positioned near active mining and milling operations, which are less than 1 kilometer from its boundaries. This area has a history of exploration and mining activities by several notable companies including TRX Gold Corporation, AngloGold Ashanti plc, and IAMGOLD Corporation. Brian Thurston, P.Geo., the company's technical advisor, has reviewed and approved the technical information related to this project.
