Credissential Inc. has announced the sale of its proprietary quantum-secured platform, Antenna, to Codeifai Limited. The transaction is valued at AUD$1.3 million, consisting of AUD$1.15 million in Codeifai's fully paid common shares and AUD$150,000 in cash. The shares will be issued with a discount to the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) and will be subject to escrow provisions, with staged releases over six months. Following the completion of the transaction, Credissential will focus on its fintech initiatives, particularly in car dealership sales and cryptocurrency tax preparation. Codeifai will integrate Antenna into its product suite, with Credissential providing transitional support to ensure a smooth handover. Completion of the transaction is anticipated within thirty days post shareholder approval and capital raising by Codeifai.
