Huajin International's (HKG:2738) finance chief Wong Chak Keung resigned from the company, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Wong confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board or the company, the steel processing firm said.
Huajin tapped Zhang Liqiong to succeed Wong as its chief financial officer.
Zhang has over a decade of experience in finance, accounting, and company secretarial services experience, Huajin said.
Meanwhile, Huajin said it entered into an agreement to provide dock loading and unloading operations on behalf of Guangdong Xinkong Energy Technology at the Huajin Terminal in China's Guangdong province.
The firm said the agreement would create synergies with its existing business at Huajin Terminal.
