Acumentis Group (ASX:ACU) has appointed Meera De Almaida-John as chief financial officer, effective July 7, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Meera succeeds John Wise, who stepped down as CFO but will remain company secretary and be available for ad hoc consultancy, the filing added.
