Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39) used 1,433 treasury shares worth about SG$21,606 for its employees' share schemes on Friday, a same-day Singapore bourse filing said.

Shares of the bank were up nearly 1% in early morning trading.

The lender said the number of treasury shares stood at 18,933,376 shares following the transaction.
