Granite Construction Inc. has announced new compensation terms for its retiring Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, James Radich, as detailed in a recent Form 8-K filing. Effective July 4, 2025, Radich will retire and enter into a severance agreement with the company. As part of this agreement, he will receive pay for any accrued but unpaid salary, vested benefits under the company's Annual Incentive Plan, and a payout under long-term incentive plan awards, pro-rated for his service. Additionally, he will receive a cash payment equivalent to 18 months of COBRA health care coverage for himself and his dependents. Radich will also receive a retirement gift valued at approximately $3,000. Furthermore, Radich has entered into a consulting agreement with Granite Construction, allowing him to provide consulting services at an hourly rate of $250 from his separation date through October 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.
