NuEnergy Gas (ASX:NGY) started drilling for its second well, TE-B06002, at the Tanjung Enim Production Sharing Contract Plan of Development 1 contract area in Indonesia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The TE-B06002 well will be drilled vertically to a depth of 416 meters, targeting multiple coal seams between 245 and 370 meters, the filing said.
The well is the second of four planned coal bed methane wells under the company's early gas sales Initiative, which aims for initial gas sales of 1 million standard cubic feet per day, per the filing.
