Sports Entertainment Group (ASX:SEG) has agreed to acquire the brand and audio & digital broadcasting assets of 3UZ for a total purchase price of about AU$3.3 million, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The acquisition is expected to be completed on Sept. 1, with the purchase price payable over three years, and will be funded by the company's cash reserves.
The company said the acquisition is expected to be earnings accretive in 2026 and supports its earlier guidance to deliver double-digit earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization percentage growth in the said year.
