Helius Medical Technologies (HSDT) shares were 10% lower after the company said late Monday in a Form 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that it filed an updated prospectus supplement for the sale of up to $25 million common shares pursuant to an existing sales deal with Roth Capital Partners.
La Rosa Holdings (LRHC) stock was down 10%, adding to Monday's losses.
