Minieye Technology (HKG:2431) completed the previously announced sale of 6.8 million new H shares, raising HK$155.1 million in net proceeds, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the intelligent driving software developer fell over 2% in morning trade Thursday.
The company offered the shares at HK$23.26 apiece to raise funds for the continued development of its software.
The shares under the placement represented about 1.70% of the company's existing share capital, or 1.67% as enlarged by the issue.
