The Notes were issued under an indenture agreement dated September 18, 2017, with The Bank of New York Mellon acting as trustee. Cheniere Partners, alongside the guarantors, has committed to using commercially reasonable efforts to register the Notes with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission within 360 days.
