Moab Minerals (ASX:MOM) received firm commitments to raise AU$141,000 through the issue of 141 million shares to European Lithium (ASX:EUR) at AU$0.001 each, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
European Lithium also granted the company a loan of AU$500,000, carrying a 10% interest per annum, repayable Friday, the filing added.
Proceeds will be used to fund exploration at the company's Manyoni Uranium project in Tanzania and for general working capital, the filing said.
European Lithium's shares tumbled past 8% in recent Thursday trade.
