Radius will continue to operate as a standalone business, benefiting from Toyota Tsusho's capabilities and resources while maintaining its headquarters in Portland, Oregon. The integration is expected to enhance the supply of high-quality recycled resources and deliver sustainable solutions for customers and communities. Following the transaction, Radius' common shares will be delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market.
