Viewbix (VBIX) said Friday that it has signed agreements for a $4.5 million private placement priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.

The company said it will issue 925,923 units and pre-funded units at $4.86 per unit.

Each unit includes one share of common stock and one common warrant exercisable at $4.74 per share. The common warrants will be exercisable immediately and have a term of 5.5 years from issuance, Viewbix said.

Closing is expected on or about Monday, the company said.
