Zhejiang E-P Equipment (SHA:603194), through unit Jiangsu Zhongli Forklift, will invest 478 million yuan into the construction of a smart logistics equipment plant in Jiangyin-Jingjiang Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, China, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The plant will produce intelligent logistics and aviation ground unmanned equipment.

The Chinese industrial vehicle manufacturer signed a deal with Jiangyin-Jingjiang Industrial Park Management Committee for the assistance of the legal listing requirements and other needs of the project.

E-P Equipment's shares slipped over 1% during afternoon trade.
