The company attributes this growth to its strategic pivot from lower-margin private label production to focusing on a strong Made in America brand with a robust domestic supply chain. In addition to the revenue growth, Worksport reported an improvement in gross margins, which increased from 17.7% in Q1 to 26.0% in Q2 2025. June 2025 marked the highest monthly gross margin for the company to date, with expectations to exceed 30% gross margins by the end of the year. Worksport's CEO, Steven Rossi, highlighted the company's progress, stating that the current topline and margin performance validates the strategic steps taken over the past year. Rossi emphasized that Worksport is on track for sustainable profitability, with the upcoming launch of their SOLIS Solar Tonneau Cover and COR Portable Energy System expected to further accelerate growth. These products, currently in Beta testing, are set for commercial launch in late 2025 and aim to tap into high-margin multi-billion-dollar markets.
