Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) said Thursday that its June net revenue rose about 27% year over year to 263.71 billion New Taiwan dollars ($9.02 billion).

Revenue for January through June increased 40% year over year, the company said.

Taiwan Semiconductor shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity.
