Envision Greenwise (HKG:1783) completed the issue of 12,263,000 shares at HK$8.10 apiece to multiple third parties to raise net proceeds of HK$99.2 million, a late Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the superstructure building works services provider were down over 1% in Wednesday afternoon trading.

The shares represent approximately 0.889% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds from the issue for its EcoPark project, RMAA business, and general working capital.
