0340 GMT - LHN Ltd.'s potential value unlocking of its Coliwoo co-living business is likely to be a key near-term catalyst, CGS International analysts say in a research report. The Singapore-based real-estate management group appears to be preparing for a possible spin-off and IPO of this business, the analysts note. LHN will probably use the proceeds to increase capital returns to shareholders and embark on more opportunistic investments. Coliwoo's revenue could grow 20% in 2026 as Coliwoo Bugis and recently awarded Coliwoo Resort Chalet would be completed. The brokerage initiates coverage of the stock with an add rating and a target price of S$1.00. Shares are 5.7% higher at S$0.835. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
