Brightstar Resources (ASX:BTR) started the second phase of drilling at the Yunndaga deposit within the Menzies Hub in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The drilling aims to extend the resource and infill further with 5,000 meters of reverse circulation and 2,500 meters of diamond drilling, the filing said.

Shares rose 1% in afternoon trade on Thursday.
