NEW YORK, July 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact Limited $(G)$, a global advanced technology services and solutions company, today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per common share for the third quarter of 2025. The dividend is payable on September 25, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2025. The declaration of any future dividends will be at the discretion of the board of directors.
