ClearSign Technologies Corporation has announced changes in the composition of its Board committees, effective June 27, 2025. Judith S. Schrecker now chairs the Audit and Risk Committee, which includes new members Louis J. Basenese and G. Todd Silva, while David M. Maley remains until the end of his term. Louis J. Basenese has been appointed Chairperson of the Human Capital and Compensation Committee, with David M. Maley, Catharine M. de Lacy, and Judith Schrecker as members. Catharine M. de Lacy now chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, with David M. Maley, Judith Schrecker, and G. Todd Silva as members.
