The subsidiary owns a property located at Saue tee 10, Laagri, housing a logistics center under a long-term lease to Rimi Eesti Foods AS. Infortar is a diversified company operating in seven countries, with core activities in maritime transport, energy, and real estate. The company is a major stakeholder in Tallink Grupp and fully owns Elenger Grupp, while managing a substantial real estate portfolio.
