Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39) appointed Tan Teck Long as the group chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to a late Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the bank were down nearly 1% in recent trading.

Long succeeds Helen Wong who will retire from the position, effective Dec. 31.
