Following the redemption, the number of unissued shares increased from 16,888,740 to 16,988,740, according to a Wednesday Philippine Exchange filing.

The total issued shares decreased from 13,111,260 to 13,011,260. Outstanding shares remain unchanged at 13,011,260 after the transaction, it added.
