Prologis (PLD) reported Q2 core funds from operations Wednesday of $1.46 per diluted share, up from $1.34 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.41.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.18 billion, up from $2.01 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.01 billion.
The real estate investment trust said it now expects 2025 core FFO to range from $5.75 to $5.80 per diluted share, compared with previous forecast of $5.65 to $5.81. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $5.72.
The company's shares were up 2.5% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
